Other than the usual suspects that others have listed, Defender, Morgan etc. I think this looks really dated. If you told me it was a 2003 car I'd believe you.

On March 10th, 2015, the last Paykan Pickup rolled off the assembly line. The Paykan was an Iranian-built version of the 1967 Hillman Hunter.
The replacement for the Paykan Pickup is on the left. It's called the Arisun, and it uses a facelifted Peugeot 405 body... on the Paykan Pickup underpinnings and drivetrain.

I'd have to say Mitsubishi Mirage. Partly because it's a new vehicle here (with an old nameplate) but looks much older than it is.
It looks no newer than this first-gen (2000-2002) Toyota Echo.

I do think that's one of the better ones. I sat next to a Pro-4x this morning in traffic, and caught myself admiring it. Full disclosure, I used to own a 2nd gen Xterra, so I have a predisposition to them already.
