Thanks to our pal CB I found out that such a book exist. For reasons I cannot explain I've always had an interest in Soviet cars. So $12 bucks later I just ordered this off Amazon.

No, not at all. Yugoslavia was a Communist country, but they weren't part of the Soviet sphere of influence and were actually much more closely aligned with China.
