Hey Oppo,
I'm heading to NYC next week to hang out with my brother for a couple of days. I've been to the city a few times and we are not looking to do anything touristy. I know for sure I'll be going to Classic Car Club, but is there anything else you guys suggest? Car related or not. We are both pretty broke too. We'll probably just eat and hang out more than anything. Maybe go to a museum. Thanks!

Asking for places to visit in the big apple is like asking for rides to ride in Disney Land. You literally should see everything if you can

Museums? The Met and Natural History for sure, MoMA if that's your thing. Don't waste your time on Times Square if you don't want to do tourist stuff.

Ok so my question was too vague. I've done everything that's been said already. I'm looking for spots to eat that are reccomended by locals. I've already been to quite a few. Looking for some interesting stuff. Or really good cheap stuff. I realized I haven't been to the 9/11 museum yet so we are doing that for sure.

1). Cheap food in Chinatown
2). Modern Pinball
3). LEGO flagship store (not the one in Rockefeller Center)
4). Any of the Barcades
5). Museum of the Moving Image

The tenement museum is small (lol, of course) but interesting.
My favorite pizza (Full Moon) is actually on Arthur Ave in the Bronx, and there are a lot of good bakeries nearby too if you like Italian cookies.

My girl took me to the Museum of the moving image last summer it was pretty awesome. They had a cool Breaking bad exhibit.
