1960 Lincoln Continental
1960 Cadillac Eldorado
1960 Chrysler 300
Bit of an odd one considering it is very hard to track a land yacht
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:42 |
|
Burn all of them I hate convertibles.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:43 |
|
I mean you'd have to track the 300 out of those no?...and I'm usually a Lincoln>Caddy person, but you put best Eldo vs most meh Continental so this is kinda a no brainer.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:44 |
|
BURN THEM. BURN THEM ALL.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:44 |
|
I think tracking one of these would just cause it to burn on its own.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:45 |
|
I'll DD and track the Cadillac.. burn the other two..
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:45 |
|
DD the 300
Track the Lincoln
Burn the Caddy
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:46 |
|
DD Caddy
Track 300
Vandalize Lincoln, burn it, then burn it again
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:47 |
|
DD/track: 1960 Cadillac Eldorado
Burn:1960 Lincoln Continental/1960 Chrysler 300
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:47 |
|
what in holy hell would I do on a track with any one of those?!? DD all at once, burn none
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:47 |
|
DD: Cadillac, because it's what they were made for. Also fins.
Track: Chrysler, because 400hp Wedge 413!!!
Burn: Lincoln, but send it off on a funeral pyre.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:48 |
|
Track: Lincoln and just listen to McConaughey over and over until the complete nirvana of both ending
DD: Caddy. 99% chance this guy will wander over to you and try to turn it into a pool table/bandana storage closet.
Burn: Chrysler, because it looks like it has a dumb smile.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:48 |
|
This isn't even a challenge:
DD the Caddy (dat interior...)
Track the 300 (with upgraded brakes) (Image is from Daytona Flying Mile)
Burn the Lincoln... sorry, but someone had to lose.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:50 |
|
Same as Party-vi said.
DD: Cadillac Eldorado.
Track: Chrysler 300.
Burn: Lincoln Continental.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:50 |
|
DD: Chrysler because it has so much class.
Track: Lincoln because why not.
Burn: Cadillac as I don't like convertible Caddys
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:54 |
|
Or you would crash into a bush when the brakes overheated. Then you would probably die.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:55 |
|
What. A. Monster. You wouldn't even try to save one of them??
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:55 |
|
How can you not like a Caddy vert?
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:55 |
|
Fine they are hard tops. Now what?
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:56 |
|
I think you are the only person to say burn Caddy. That is the best arguably the best Eldo
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:56 |
|
Daily the lincoln, track the Caddy, burn the Chrysler.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:57 |
|
Abraham Lincoln will haunt you
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:57 |
|
You monster you could have saved another
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:57 |
|
That is the correct answer, congratulations.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:58 |

I'll just leave this here...
http://www.rmauctions.com/lots/lot.cfm?l…
400 HP, LSD, hand-built Pont-à-Mousson 4-speed, 144.927 MPH.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:58 |
|
I don't know, they just don't appeal to me so much, but my opinion can always be swayed!
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:59 |
|
I'd prefer to save them ALL if I'm honest, but I don't really like '60 continental or the '60 Chrysler.. So if I must make a choice, they'll burn :/
![]() 03/16/2015 at 13:59 |
|
This is a tough battle for one of the most unloved Lincoln body styles. I can understand against an Eldo which costs a lot more
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:00 |
|
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:01 |
|
I wish Caddy would have continued the fin design from 59 it was perfect.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:01 |
|
Not all who perish are worth saving.
MUAHAHAHAHAHA
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:01 |
|
McConaughey might steal the Lincoln. And I agree the 300 had bad styling that year at the front end.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:02 |
|
I never thought the 60 Eldo had that impressive of an interior. The 300 deserves to run at Daytona.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:03 |
|
My thoughts exactly, even if the 300 is kinda ugly compared to the Conti.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:04 |
|
I can't wrap my head around one of those going 145mph
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:04 |
|
To each his own. More for the rest of us
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:05 |
|
I am getting a lot of use out of this meme
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:07 |
|
Ha, yes you are! But NEVER! I'll stay, you see the Lincolns out!
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:07 |
|
Convertibles + Land Yachts = ALL THE FIRE.
It's mathematically sound.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:09 |
|
As long as I am on this site Lincoln shall be defended they will never leave!!!!!
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:10 |
|
I know, terrifying isn't it?
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:12 |
|
who are you, the Devil? DD all!!!! But to play the game correctly..
DD- Lincoln
Track- Caddy
Burn- 300
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:13 |
|
Ouch it pains me to read each of these comments. All the cars deserve to live!!!!
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:14 |
|
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:15 |
|
DD the Caddy and the Lincoln
Track the 300
Burn whichever facsimile of the Caddy or Lincoln is easier to fake the death of.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:16 |
|
That's why i'd DD all 3 forever! But rules are rules and one has to go unfortunately. Would like them more if they were hard top tho
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:20 |
|
'49 fin is best fin
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:20 |
|
Really? The headlights on the Lincoln are atrocious!
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:21 |
|
DD: Eldorado (Will have to don some pin-up style. :x)
Track: Continental (I suppose the car's name is a forewarning of how much understeer you'll experience).
Burn: Chrysler (Imported from Detroit, yo).
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:23 |
|
I like them better than that bent bumper and grill on the 300. Actually I don't think they're ugly at all.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:23 |
|
I like your thinking fake the death.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:24 |
|
I am throughly surprised how many people said that. I always figured with Land Yachts everyone gravitated towards vets. Guess I was wrong
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:24 |
|
I can forgive the awkward 300 styling because it's got a Wedge engine under the hood.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:25 |
|
They are little stubs I disagree
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:25 |
|
59/60 were not bad the headlights on the 58 Lincoln were a little much
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:25 |
|
Same, that's why I agree with your original post.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:28 |
|
I would rather understeer than have the brakes overheat (which will inevitably happen in a land yacht on the track)
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:29 |
|
They are the paterfamilias of all other Cadillac fins and ergo the best ever.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:34 |
|
So technically, your Track choice is still a Burn choice. Only you have some "fun" before it burns.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:51 |
|
Indeed. What a gruesome fate for an such an awesome car.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 14:54 |
|
There are just so many of them. You don't see the other two on the road nearly as much
![]() 03/16/2015 at 15:01 |
|
I'd track the Lincoln, DD the Caddy, and toss the 300.
I dream of autocrossing an old Lincoln or Caddy one day... once...
![]() 03/16/2015 at 17:57 |
|
Good point
![]() 03/16/2015 at 18:00 |
|
Skip to 1:25 if you want to see land yachts being driven to the limit
![]() 03/16/2015 at 18:08 |
|
I thought I asked you to leave?
![]() 03/16/2015 at 18:27 |
|
You're not the King of the Internet.
![]() 03/16/2015 at 18:37 |
|
But I am the king of this article
![]() 03/17/2015 at 16:31 |
|
All 3 for all 3. But if I had to choose:
DD-Lincoln
Track-Cadillac
Burn-Chrysler (if Kenny was a car, he'd be a Chrysler)
![]() 03/17/2015 at 16:35 |
|
Just fuckin' cruise, don't care if ya lose

They look like those glasses that '50s women wore
