Gave my car the full spa treatment it deserved after a hard winter and saw this. Ontario plates! Why and what and how? Also, "Anke" is a common German first name, but that doesn't help either. Why put it on a boat and not sell it and buy another one here? Would be cheaper that way! I have a lot of questions but no answers.

But these aren't diplomat's plates. And no diplomat who can get his hands on diplomat plates would drive around without them. They are literally a license to kill.
