I'll give it time, no doubt about that. There's no way in hell BBC will cancel Top Gear like that. I just thought this was funny :)

Edit: Jeremy can be quite an arse at times, and I'm quite sure I would not like him in real life :P But without Top Gear there's only Roadkill.. and.. yeah.. I need more stuff on me telly.

At this point, fuck 'im. He has a history of being bigoted, acts entitled (not just "his character" on the show), has been given numerous warnings and chances.....whatever he did, he more likely than not brought it on himself.

I agree with you, but he's part of the show, no Clarkson no Top Gear.. And I'd rather have a Top Gear with Clarkson than no Top Gear at all. I just want BBC to air this series before they shut it down, ending it mid series is just not good.

Eh, other shows have been pulled mid season. Would it suck? Sure, but it's not like he hasn't been warned about THIS EXACT THING and THESE EXACT CONSEQUENCES. If Top Gear dies here, you gotta look at the real cause (clarkson) instead of trying to justify his actions.

I know, Firefly got pulled (not mid season though).. The thing is, I can't really fathom what BBC will do now, if they do this they'll ruin the biggest show they've got..

Just hypothetically though, who would you have as a replacement for Clarkson? :)

Meh. I don't really car for Clarkson anymore, he's been fucking annoying those past few years, you know the guy's getting old. Weirdly it seemed to have been better this series, but still.

If they have to let Clarkson go, I'm fine with this, even if it means the end of Top Gear. The could surely find a suitable for Clarkson, and if it's the case I want Chris Evans (the british guy, not captain freedom).
