Is that on Sunday, there is NO ONE on the roads. Had a good hour stint in the canyon without seeing anyone!
Made my way up to Bear Lake, which is really fuckin blue for some reason and blew a fuse. I now have a short somewhere that results in every single one of my gauges being dead, along with the turn signals and tail lights... so that'll be fun to diagnose with this cars hacked up wiring.
Other than that, I also found a really tiny 1/8 mile drag strip in Wyoming, Hypoxia Raceway (get the pun? (it's at 6500 feet) ). Twas a good day for straight pipes and straight sixes.

Hey, there is still a little snow up logan canyon... that's good. Also that drag strip used to be a regional air strip.

Bear Lake is RFB because of suspended minerals from underground springs. They call it the Caribbean of the rockies, which didn't make sense to me until I went to the Caribbean. In the summer its more a greenish blue. In May its freaking amazing.

Yeah there's plenty by my standards. But I'm from California, so any snow is quite a bit haha.
Is that strip still open? I can't find much online about it, and didn't get their phone number when I drove by.

That's such a beautiful part of the country. I've been to Montana and WY and it was just really damn beautiful.

Yes, those two hours each week when no one is on the road is great.
The issue is the other 166 hours of the week.
