This is day 7 for me now...
push-ups/squats/crunches
27/37/37. I missed one set yesterday...I'm definetly feeling it today
tell us where you are at, and how many did you ACTUALLY do?

fitness challenge. start with 20 push ups, 30 crunchs, 30 squats. 2 sets each day. add one to each every day. Its us trying to get into something resembling a 1/2 decent shape :P

30 mins on the elliptical, and because i skipped yesterday, i did 30 of each today, which means i should be off the hook for tomorrow. Does it work like that?

I didn't see yesterday's post... (And I just realized I posted day 2 under day 1.) But I did 27/45/57 yesterday, 28/46/60 today. I'm still not maxing my squats... Should I be?

I started Wednesday afternoon I have been upping my push-ups and crunches one per set instead of one per day. I haven't done any yet today. So I am at 26/36 on those. BTW I am not bragging I just probably I am starting off a better place than moat people.
The squats however ehhhh.... not so much. I have had two badly done arthroscopes done on my right hip, never trust an Army orthopedic surgeon, they will F' you up for life and make you have to get out of the Army. No I am not bitter at all. FFFFFFUUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!!! Also I have torn the Labrums in both hips Anywho, on Wednesday I did 30 Deep Squats and Thursday morning I could barely move my right leg when I got up. Which I kind of expected. So I adjusted that to 10 Mid squats going up one a day and it seems to be working.

hmm...I didnt plan to be maxxing anything, but I think i might bump my squats up to 50 tmw and see how that works.

I wasnt in bad shape to start (not fat...just crazy skinny with no muscles) I did martial art for like 15 years and stopped 3 years ago. so Now i'm trying to get back to that.

yea. I ended up in a bit if a disagreement with my instructor, so I left. I kinda regret it, but meh. Life goes on.

I am going up by fives daily. I am at day four so this morning before church I did the following:
Push-ups (incline) - 55 x 2
Squats - 55 x 2
I haven't done my sit-ups yet, I will this afternoon (they are a bit more time consuming) and they will be 55 x 2
This is going to be a good igniter to getting back into my only hobby outside of cars, strength and conditioning focused powerlifting.

i've done it the last couple days, today I feel like the reincarnation of the black death. Probably not gunna happen today, I'll pick up tomoro again. the last time I felt this shitty (i'll spare those details) was when I had lyme disease.
