So I woke up this morning to half a foot of snow and a day off. So I fired up Forza Horizon and lo and behold, my car has been added to the game! (2015 STi). it's at this time that I realize Forza needs to update its tires engine. Cars like the Corvette, Alfa 4c, and 2015 STi are capable of around 1 G of grip in the real world, yet all hover around .9 G in the game. It is absolutely amazing how quickly tires have advanced, but I want to be able to compare cars apples to apples in this game. However, I cannot because they are all conformed to an outdated physics algorithm (based on tires from five years ago).

Well Motorsport is that way too. I'm not ranting. More so highlighting how quickly technology is moving, especially tire tech.
