Lets do a fitness challenge!
This will be something relatively easy, no need for a gym membership or anything
so, start off,
20 push ups,
30 crunches
30 squats.
2 sets of that.
EACH DAY add one more. so, day 2 would be
21 push ups
31 crunches
31 squats
We keep this going for a month. so it would end on april 4th.

Here, I;'ll make it a bit easier for those who want:
start with 1/2, so
10 push ups
15 crunches
15 squats
and then add 1 every other day

I'm game. I've been meaning to pick up my daily routine again.
I would add planks to that list as well. Maybe 20 seconds the first two days, and add 5 seconds every day after that. They're really, really good for your core. I've been told better than crunches, but I have not fact checked that.

I'm tempted to change out the crunches for something a bit more intense, I remember reading about some good exercises that would REALLY help motorcyclists.
you can add to that w/e you want. I havent done any physical activity in a few years, I'm also meaning to head to the gym and do cardio once or twice a week

The goddamn snow needs to melt so I can run around the beautiful, historic city I live it. I've been meaning to get back into yoga as well, but I keep brushing it off. I definitely need to get into better shape though. My current status is laughable at best.

Also, do you want to do a diet thing with this? I just started a new thing almost 2 weeks ago. Eggs and bacon for breakfast, and the same salad for lunch and dinner (spinach, balsamic, tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled chicken, and carrots. Now I've started eating foods I used to like and they taste like shit. Honestly.

well, you can chnage the numbers if you want, but dont aim TOO high. remmeber, you are adding each and every day. and I dont want you to quite 1/2 through because you cant make it and your getting discouraged.

you can add it in for your own set. I have REALLY skinny arms, and push ups + dips would actually kill me.

Just writing this here so I don't forget to put it in my phone later.
Here's what I'm going to do:
Day 1
20 pushups
30 crunches
30 squats
20 seconds plank
20 dips if I've not passed the fuck out by that point
+2 pushups, crunches, squats, and dips per day.
+5 seconds plank per day
Run 1 mile twice a week once it's not below freezing every single day.
Find a yoga class by the end of the month, money permitting.
I may be dead in two weeks. We'll see.
Additional things:
No soda during the week
Fried crap and pizza severely limited. Maybe one meal a week? TBD.
Healthy smoothy for breakfast, time and money permitting

March 5th:
30 x 2 pushups
30 x 2 sit ups (i have to go all the way up, can't do crunches)
30x 2 squats (dems my favorites)
I will be doing this in addition to my work outs in the gym, once i start going back in the morning. House hunting is a bitch, got me staying up way too late at night.
