Oh. Well still, like I said I'm trying to slow the higher-PI cars down; me and Cherry Man raced a few nights ago and his Alfa was like 1000 feet ahead of mine on the main straight. Don't really want that happening in the actual race, especially since some people were complaining about it.

Yeah but, sitting in cars man. As far as points go, I'm doing better than I expected. I even got wins! So overtake if you can. I'm satisfied with how I've performed. The races (minus Infineon for me) have been close and exciting, that has been the best part about how we've done this.

Not sure if I'll be racing. Internet is still on the fritz. My download speed is something like 15 kb/s. Not good for close racing at 100 mph. I'll try and be on for the practice to see if it isn't as bad as last time.

It literally just stopped working right last Friday for no obvious reason. The internet will just randomly stop, when it is working it's extremely slow, and it crashes every time the phone rings. Rebooting the internet does nothing. I'm afraid it's a problem with the router itself.

That's so bizarre. What's your phone's data plan like? If you have hotspot you can tether your phone to your Xbox and use your phone's Internet instead of your house's. No idea what speeds you'd get but yeah, if you can't get it working that might be an option.

My dad has a hotspot on his so I may be able to borrow it, but connecting to it may be a problem. My laptop wouldn't connect to it so I don't know how the Xbox would fair.

It's even weirder now because the internet is running just as fast as it was before all of this happened. Is it possible that the speed is unstable and constantly varying? But what would cause that?

Do you live in an apartment complex? Because routers only go through like four frequencies or something so depending on how many people you live near the channels could get clogged up. That or you just have a shit router.

I live in a normal house and only my family uses the router. I don't think the router is shit because it worked great up until now. That said, it was forced upon us provided by Verizon, so it might be hardwired to fail so we pay them to fix it.

I wouldn't doubt Verizon fucks with your internet from time to time, Comcast throttled the shit out out of all my Internet after I discovered torrenting (ironically because they throttled Netflix) so I'm sure all the big ISP's do it. Might help to make some pagan offering to your router or something, some pentagrams in blood and a few goat heads should do.

Yeah not gonna lie, I kinda realized how much I front-loaded the seasons with all the good tracks and left the middle a wasteland of mediocrity (the four weeks of IMS and Silverstone in a row will be hell). Hopefully Road America and the Ring will make up for it in the last four rounds.
