I don't want to be TOO hard on this guy...but I also want to grab him through my screen and shake him a little.

Whatever happened to the days when every small pickup had to be decorated like an athletic shoe on its side?

Dude needs to do some research. I don't know if that's the way he is getting more views by acting like that or what.

Good looking truck. 20 plus years old and still better made than a new Tacoma

lol, he doesn't know where the fuel filter is.. it's going to take him awhile to find it if he starts under the hood. Also he's pretty sure the box is solid.. Haha

Is anyone else ever annoyed that the 22re is a 2.4l. The first time some one told me they're old Toyota had a 2.4l I "corrected them" because it's pretty obvious thet a 22 RE would be a 2.2l engine.

Toyota names their engines by generation not by displacement. i.e. a 3S is the 3rd gen of the S engine family, with either F (Narrow angle) G (Wide angle high performance) or GT (G turbo) head with Electronic fuel injections (E) (3S-FE, 3S-GE, or 3S-GTE respectively) . Whats really amazing about the 22R-E is that its the 22nd(!) generation of the R engine family that started life in 1953. Well technically its the 18th generation, since they skipped a few numbers for some reason as Toyota is want to do from time to time.
