Even the 'Cat itself played aggressor.

From Fort Worth Air Power Expo last year. This is actually an A model Hornet. The camouflage is ridiculously cool.

I looked for some Tomcat pics but I wasn't sure if it had played that role so I didn't know if the pics were legit. This makes me happy.

Something about fighters in non-traditional schemes just fascinates me. When the Navy had a bunch of their aircraft up at Oshkosh in retro schemes to celebrate the centennial of naval aviation a few years ago I was like a kid in a candy store.

I don't think that's an agressor. The tail marking makes it a VF-14 Tophatter.

Whether or not that individual aircraft served as an aggressor, the type did see limited use as an aggressor, due partially to the concern of the IRIAF operating them.

Took me forever to find it, but here's a shot of a Prowler I took at Carswell AFB in Ft. Worth back in 2011. Yes, the anniversary liveries were brilliant.

This camo scheme is really nice looking. I once tried to paint similar to my RC car's body.
