Based on two Opels, actually. Front end of a Senator grafted onto the cabin of a Rekord. On account of you couldn't fit an Oz sized engine under the Rekord hood.

Thanks, I was confused as to why it looked like both. We had a Rekord, not a bad car, but the interior was all blue. Ah the '80's.
