So here's my blog post. TL;DR: I think it's pretty significant, because aluminum is light, and America could stand to get lighter. Also, a TT 2.7 liter V6 in a full-size truck. Is this real life?
And in honor of the final episode of Parks and Recreation tonight, in a Ron Swanson voice I say to you, "Read it if you want. I'm not a beggar.
...
End of Oppo post."

Compared to what, a Prius? Compared to it's equivalents it's damn efficient.

Chevy does the same thing with a pushrod V8 that the Ford does with a TT V6. How is that damn efficient?

GM has an 8 speed transmission that helps a lot, and cylinder deactivation. Ford has more power and torque that, combined with it's recent diet, means better payload ratings and better MPG if you can keep the turbos from spooling up.

I already miss him.

Firstly, a commendable list. Second, that pig of an engine/truck combo still gets shit mileage putting around town and cruising leisurely on the highway. The most I've seen in one is 18mpg.
