While the guy is a douche for parking like that, he did do it at the far end of the lot where no one else was parked. I don't think I would have a problem with that.

I don't have any problem with him parking like that in a wide open lot, if he was up front in a crowd - dbag move. Jeep driver was a dick making a joke like that, but Vette driver ended up being the bigger jerk for popping a tire, not cool. No damage was done to your Vette, no reason to do damage to the Jeep.
