So, one of the things my Infiniti needed was new wipers, so we picked some up last night. Passenger side is 17", which is reasonable, but the driver's side is a massive 26". Even comparatively sized cars I see don't have driver's side wipers that large. I mean, why so big?

Yes, they're huge. Mind you, my Cutlass has two 18" blades, and my dad's old Sienna had a 24" blade on the driver's side.

The FoST has simply massive windshield wipers. Double 28"

Mother of god.

I hear some girls like 'em big like that.

Wow. And the FoST isn't even a large car. That's a whole new form of compensating, bragging about windshield wiper size.

If you look at the car it's because of the extreme rake of the windshield, the windshield is actually huge.

I see that now. It makes sense. But I've never really looked too closely at an ST to notice that.

Fiat 500 has an odd couple: 24" and 14".

My wife's G37 has a 26" wiper on the driver's side too. Maybe it's an Infiniti thing.

Yep I remember back in the '90s 4th Gen Fbody wipers were 26 or 28 inches due to that massive raked windshield.

Must be. The 2015 Q50, 60, and 70s are all 26" as well. My old 1997 Infiniti J30 had 21" and 20" respectively, but that was a bit smaller car to begin with.

You should balance it out and get a set of 24" blades.

My E39 uses 26"/21"
