Kinja'd!!!

Within a couple weeks of getting my 135is back in summer '13, I of course did what any good car nerd would in the situation and went around taking pictures of it. This was an attempt at getting streaks behind it from a moving train. Helps to reminisce since it's !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I was driving around with my camera and tripod looking for places to take gratuitous quasi-artsy photos of my new car. I had been at it a while and really needed to pee. It was late at night, the need was urgent, and all the businesses in the immediate area were closed. So...I went looking for a nice secluded bush to pee on. I spotted the oncoming slow-moving train, and had just enough time to pee on a bush and then park my car in a halfway decent spot next to the tracks.

(I keep hand sanitizer in my car which came in handy after doing my bush-peeing.)

Man, the Kinja 640px-wide-ified version really doesn't do this picture justice. Click the magnifier to really see it, man.

Is spring here yet?

Thanks! I have an Olympus E-PL5 and Panasonic 20/1.7 lens. I did a little exposure/color correcting in photoshop but that's it.

The brother-in-law commutes in this very car - 6M. The 7 series he has just costs too much to keep on the road.

Coincidentally, I just saw this same 135 on Wheelwell, and then see you post this to Oppo. Awesome shot, I still wonder if I should have bought one of these instead of my Focus ST.

I've got an Oppo Wheelwell thread going if you would like to be added to the list: http://oppositelock.jalopnik.com/the-official-a…

But is his a 135 is like mine or just a 135i? ;)

For the past couple months I haven't done anything with it besides start it up in my storage unit, with the garage door open of course. Probably 1 more month to go until I take it out. With how little snow we've gotten in WI this year there have been plenty of opportunities to drive it, but whatever, not too much longer to wait until fun time.
