no problem, google 65 chevy c20 pickup for some reference, the side badge was a give away for me, looks like a bow-tie with 20 after it.

Most of that year were 10's so a 20 is pretty cool, and a bit more heavy duty. It's a cool truck

How about C20? Any visible difference?

Definitely a 20 or up. The 8-lug wheels give that away.
