Hello friends, hope everyone is enjoying Valentine's Day. I come to pose a question to the VAG owners of oppo - has anyone done an APR tune on their 2.0T Audi/Volkswagen engines? I have a 2012 GTI that is freshly out of warranty, and I was considering doing their Stage 1 tune. My question is, have any of you done that, and then ran it for a while (more than 10k miles)? Looking for comments on long term reliability. Thanks so much.

PeterVN has an APR tune on his GLI I believe.

I've got a 2001 Audi TT 1.8T. It's got 146,000 miles. I've been running an APR Stage 2+ tune with full 3" stainless exhaust for over 40k miles. I was running the stage 1 tune for 40k miles before that. No issues.

so.
I've had my tune for about 600 miles\a week.
I drive it VERY hard, and it has no issues (yet. knock on wood)
I LOVE it. it completely changed the car for the better
