I think that it's a Opel Commodore A with a chopped roof. There is one in Finland but all picture links of the car are down. The last spotting was 7 years ago in our capital. If that's the same car it has traveled pretty far. The color and wheels are quite similar what it used to wear.

I might even have a photo of it myself but now I'm too tired to dig up my picture stash.
