Ground crew at Dublin airport got a little artistic with the snow. A passenger saw it, got upset and tweeted about it.
Well, most companies would have reacted as follows:
- Fire all people involved.
- Seminar plus internal memo "What are we allowed to draw in the snow?".
- Donate a chunk of money to an organisation that helps the victims of... ??? .... snow genitalia?
- Hire a female CEO.
- Press release: "We fired everyone involved, trained our employees, donated money and hired a female CEO."
Cost: a few millions
Ryanair's reaction: " While our ground crew excel at industry leading 25 minute turnarounds, art isn't their forte, as they've clearly forgotten to draw wings on their snow airplane."
Cost: 0
I approve.

When I was in high school, somebody drew an owl transforming into an airplane for an art project. The teacher liked it, so this was prominently displayed in a hallway showcase for weeks:

They may charge you to breathe in their airplanes, but you gotta admit they are funny on social media.
