I never used the Costo card from Amex, since I don't have one conveniently near me.

I do like my Blue Everyday card though.

Hmmm, I wonder if/when they sign an exclusive with a new merchant if that merchant will then offer cash back. I happen to like my Amex check I get every year from my Costco Amex card.
