Here are the ones I've picked out prices and everything. I just need to know what to get cause I wanna race this weekend and I go back tomorrow after my dad gets back. I am also looking at PC gaming head sets but I think I'll get a razer kracken. Have this and the pics are after the Cars.
Does anyone know anything on these? Or should I just get like the kinda mid-priced one and go with it?

Unless you're a power user, the cheapest one of these is more than enough. These are like really high end ones.

Do you have anything using 802.11ac? More likely, you'll be fine with a router that's only wireless N.

That's what I was thinking cause I wanna stream the Oppo race this weekend if I can figure out if twitch has something on 360 or if I can get the Twitch on Xbox One to stream the TV app.

Good luck then, hope it works without any hitches.

This is the McLaren P1 of home use gigabit lan/gigabit wan routers. It has one 10 gb lan port, but it is astronomically expensive and is so new who knows about it's longevity.

run hardwires, use any router or switch you want that works. you aren't getting gigabit speeds from your ISP it will only speed up your local network you really only need it if you do local file transfers over the network. 10/100 it fine for local video streaming.

I can't hardwire 2 consoles to my router that's my problem and I will be getting gig Internet when I move so I'll need one anyway
![]() 02/12/2015 at 10:13 |

Can't run wired you say.... check these out:
http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&key…
I haven't done latency testing with these, but it's almost certainly better than wireless

I can't run wires straight to the router. I have tried the router can't handle two game consoles.
![]() 02/12/2015 at 10:29 |

Whaaaa? can't handle 2 game consoles, what is your current router? That is straight up crazy!

Pace 4111N
![]() 02/12/2015 at 10:58 |
|
It has 4 ports, although looking it has some truly terrible reviews. maybe you need to talk to ATT about replacing the thing (I'm sure that'll be fun) but even if you get a new router it'll still have to sit behind this thing since it has the dsl modem built into it and if it won't function on the wired ports correctly it'll make your new router useless for anything but local traffic

Well I have my 30 day service call coming and the guy who set it up said he can help me get a free replacement that might work. other wise a friend is gonna show me how to shut down 2/3 of the Pace and get the other one to carry everything.

The 1900 ac

Why that one?
![]() 02/12/2015 at 14:24 |
|
Because it will last you a very long time, handle gigabit speeds, and get great range from the 2.4 band and great speed from the 5 band. I use one for out 3000 ft2 house and we have over 15 things running at a time and over 40 total.
![]() 02/12/2015 at 14:25 |

Ah gotcha, but wich AC1900 there is 2 of them.
