Who would have thought a Bentley and Godzilla would be battling for the win with Godzilla prevailing?! Went to bed with 2 hrs left and the GT-R was leading and awoke to them having won. A great race but I do love the V8 Supercars more when it comes to Bathurst.

I fell asleep at about 2 hours out also. So bummed. Stef put up last 4 minutes on the FP.

Ya I was too tired to stay up to see the finish. I would have preferred to see the finish live but a replay is just as good when it ends at like 2am

To me, even though the GT-R won, the most impressive bit is how well the Bentley did simply because of who built the cars. The Bentleys were built by M-Sport, the organization that's built every Ford WRC car since the 90's. This was their first ever non-rally car build, and the car's been impressive right out of the box, with three wins in it's debut season last year and now a second at Bathurst.
