Can be used or new, I was talking to a friend of mine and we came to the conclusion that Alcantara is great, the cheapest car we could come up with is a 2007-ish Merc ML500.

The US market SVX had an Alcantara (officially Ecsaine) dashboard.

The Japanese market SVX could be had with Alcantara seats, too. This one is listed for $4,200 .

Volvo 850R is the oldest and cheapest I can think of, unless you count LR Disco 2, which has alcantara inserts in the door panels.

Lexus IS300 had an optional Alcantara package, which included seat inserts front and rear, and door panels.

Both the Vw Tiguan and the Golf Highline have standard alcantara seats and optional leather. But I think they might coast as much as the '07 ML...

Also, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the 2010-ish Mitsubishi Outlander came with Alcantara interior... But I think that's kinda hard to believe.

Volvo 850R:

My own car – the seats are pretty worn out, but I couldn't find a better shot online. Worn out or not, they're some of the most comfortable and supportive seats that I've ever sat in. Seeing as I paid less than a grand for it, I think that has to be the cheapest way of getting alcantara, hands down!
