Not sure what your issue with them is, but I recently had a good result using their internal mediation process. I bought a new phone for my son, and they sent us an empty box (no phone), so I cancelled and went to AT&T.
For the next 4 months they billed us for the phone line, penalties, had collection agencies calling me etc.
there is a link to the process on their site, and you don't waive your right to sue their evil asses later.
