Umm yes, when parked.
Won't drive, as it'll only turn left, I guess the rack is FUBAR. I bought a new rack.

This is #2, I bought it as a parts car, but it ran, rough. The the rack thing happened before I got it inspected.
At least it's in my garage where I can look at it.
The other one is at my rental house garage (LONG story), I don't get to see that one much. Both in pieces.

Bought both before kids. One was from local SCCA chapter forum, other was local VW club.
They pop up on CL from time to time. Caddys too.

Although you have to remove / install from the bottom
Also mk1 rabbits were made in US, cabbies weren't though.
