Because snow drifting was happening, and it was good. This winter is seriously bo-polar. I'm wearing flip flops in 70 degree weather last week, nearly died from freeziation (that must be a word, there's no red squiggly under it) and then thawed out yesterday to 50 degree weather. Today is a blizzard, but being the optimist that I am (I'm not), I took lemonade and made lemonade slushies in the snow.
But now I have to work, so that kind of sucks.

At first I thought you lived in UP Michigan, but then I realized you were talking about snow drifting and not the sno drift rally.
Here the winter has just been cold cold cold, most days high of only about 5F or so nights frigid often below -10F.

I'm in Nebraska. We don't have cool racing or rally's here. Unless going around in circles on an 1/8 mile dirt track is considered racing.

Luckily for you I consider that racing! I went to Nebraska once, the highlight of my trip was sitting on the side of the road in a rental car with a broken spare tire for four hours in 90 degree heat. That was somewhere near Lincoln.

Driving across Nebraska has to be one of the most boring trips ever! I went to a football camp in Chadron and it seemed like it took 6 days to drive there from the south east side of South Dakota. Lincoln is a fun town thou, so its not all bad.

nobody should ever get stuck in Nebraska, I apologize!

even Nebraskans won't go to Chadron, that's like boring x9000.

Thank you. That trip kind of biased me against Nebraska.

the only good thing about Nebraska is that the terrorists don't know we exist.

Plus corn.

I hate corn. But I prefer that the steak I'm about to eat had a diet of corn over grass.
