That is not a 2008. That steering wheel looks like something out of a B5 generation A/S4 so 1998 is more likely and less surprising.

Yep. A reverse-GIS reveals that it’s a 1995 A4 that has been modified with a bunch of B5 S4 & RS4 cosmetic parts , including door panels modified to retain this A4’s factory window cranks .
