Combined with the bent front rim and ice on the ground, it looks like they set the handbrake and slid around a parking lot for a couple hours until they lost it and smashed into a curb. Smart. This tire had cords showing.

Well you might as well throw it on and light em’ up till the flat spot is gone.
I don't really see how else you'd make that tire safe again.

It was down to the cords. We recommended a replacement.
