Sent from my girlfriend at work, saying she’s in love with it. Well, time to put old Datsuns higher up in my constant Craigslist searching. Combined with what I desperately need this week, it would make a fantastic two car garage - S30 and E30.

I wish these wonderfully flared Datsuns actually had some real tires underneath those glorious pocket flares. All I see are stretched peasant tires on heavy ass wheels. I can cram 225/45/15 on 15x9” with a slight stretch under stock, but rolled NA Miata fenders. Those flares are, for the most part, all show and no go. Just get wheels with the right offset for your application. I'll eventually need to run flares when I jump up to 275 Hoosiers, but that's for another time.

I'm with you on wanting good tires, I'm not one for stretched rubber for the sake of looks, but I'm all for fender flares for the sake of looks. I would definitely prefer good tires to go with the show, though
