The Mini Clubman Cooper S offers,weird doors, a supercharger, an identity crisis, and a tiny bit more space than a standard Cooper. So actually What’s not to love.

100% agree. If I had the cash and room (mostly the cash) to get one of these for a daily driver and to drive friends around I’d be all over them.

We just bought a Clubman Diesel here in Belgium. It’s plenty fast with its turbo. Had to get slushbox for the wife (arthritic knees=clutches are bad.) It’s pretty fantastic.

I’m a big fan and considering this as a replacement for my 03 Mach 1 as a practical daily driver. I am a backyard mechanic and starting school next fall for motorsports automotive technician. This means I have the ability and means to repair whatever car I buy, but I don’t think I’ll buy a used Mini because I still don’t want to wrench on my daily every day. I already have a 95 Miata autocross car that gets wrenched on all the time. This Mini certainly does not have a supercharger. They stopped using blowers when the gen II cars came out. This has a DOHC 16V Turbo, the old Mini Cooper S/JCW used an 8V SOHC Supercharged motor. It’s actually in the description in the ad.

The 07-11 Mini turbo motors also had some sludge and chain tensioner issues if memory serves. These are non issues if they have had regular oil changes with synthetic. So it’s a bit of a gamble. I just wish dealers would give me a bit more for my Mach 1 so I can get into a Veloster Turbo or something like that. I'll be moving soon and I won't have the luxury of walking to work and I want something more practical. My heart says Veloster Turbo, my brain says used GTI four door or Sonic RS.
