Because while you’re being chased, you can watch the aerial shot from the chopper, look for the next “way out”, where the cops are blocking the road, etc, and have a slightly better chance of escaping. Although I suspect that the first pothole this guy hits is going to shatter the reyumz and his day will be donezo.
