Can’t the city stick a notice on it claiming it abandoned, wait 30 days then let the tow trucks have a field day. I’m sure the two companies would pick them up for scrap value.

They do, I get these pictures from a app where people can report things like this. Tow companies generally pick them up in a few days if they really are abandoned.

I hope they didn’t crush it. These are getting harder and harder to find parts for.
This particular one appears to be a 1994-1995 V8 model, too. Poor thing. It was definitely sitting for quite a while.
