I don't really like seeing all the motorcycle related stuff on Jalopnik. I'm not against motorcycles by any means, I just came to Jalopnik for car related stuff not bike related news. Just my two cents.

Thats cool, my only comment is that Jalopnik covers more than just cars. Thats the primary thing, but a lot of people who like cars are interested in various types of vehicles.

It’s still vastly cars though. There’s like 20 articles on the front page now, 1 about bikes, 1 about trains, 1 about planes, there might have been a spaceX one too. The rest was automotive related.

I don’t really like seeing all the complaints-about-Jalopnik stuff on Oppo. I’m not against complaints-about-Jalopnik by any means, I just came to Oppo for dank memes and updates on the Danger Ranger, not whinging about the front page. Just my .0143746 SDR. ( WTF is an SDR? )

I dont like bikes either, so I just scroll past it and ignore it. Some people like that so thats cool for them. I love all the space, aircraft, and military related stuff here so Im thankful for it. But Im sure it bugs some people.

Really its all the ads for socks, sweaters and watches that are more annoying.

The front page is about 50% whitespace. If you can manage to scroll past that, you can manage to scroll past the few percent of stuff about motorbikes.

Love the bike stuff, finally have a decent bike website / blog / whatever you want to call it. Jalopnik is for the love of all things engine, is it not?

I’m not against motorcycles by any means

I’m not like you. I am against them. I hate motorcycles. I hate their stupid loud exhausts. I’m sick of hearing some self-important motorcyclist drawing attention to himself, whether I’m walking down the street, driving somewhere, or trying to sleep late at night. I’m sick of how they speed absolutely everywhere all of the time.

Of course, they aren’t all bad. I could see myself enjoying a bike one day. But the bad ones are both absurdly loud and everywhere.
