That’s cheating! You can’t pretend that torque is affected by gearing but angular velocity isn’t. Neglecting losses, it would give you 3189 Nrp @ 364 RPM.

I can’t get into the science of torque and gearing; I’ll just change it back to 290 Nrp.

Basically, power is the product of torque (Nrp) and angular velocity (RPM). With gearing you can increase torque, but you can’t increase power - that makes sense intuitively; you can’t turn a 100 hp engine into a 300 hp engine just by adding a 3:1 gearing behind it. So if the gearing makes torque go up, angular velocity must go down, and vice versa.
