Not shocking at all. Watt did we expect? You'd think they would have felt some resistance when they tried to drive away. But you know what? Some people just can't make the switch to electric. I think that's revolting.

it should know when it’s plugged in, and just not move. If it can drive it self, that shouldn’t be too much to ask
