It’s a photo of a print photo from the latest meeting. Was the “V” an error in the magazine?

I thought it was a scan from an older issue of Autoweek Magazine - photo looks a lot older than last month. Thought you maybe had a typo with the year.
Turns out that it’s just a grainy photo of a historic race..

Does look like an old photo. Sharp in the magazine. Took it in kind of low light - so that contributed.
