Remind me again of the conditions before re-posting on Oppo? And when’s Oppo primetime?

I have no idea about any “rules”. As for primetime, I usually post things I want to get attention from 7-9 PM EST. But recently it seems Oppo has been less active, probably because of Thanksgiving tomorrow.
