Wife and kids were in a good mood when I left, traffic was good and I got to open it up a bit, work is slow this morning and I work half-day Fridays. And I just ate an apple. Pretty dang good.
Taking Mrs. addiction out for lunch and a movie this afternoon, and taking a drive down Route 66 tomorrow morning to meet up with some friends for breakfast. Hopefully will get a nice long hike in with the dogs and kids at some point this weekend. Life is good.

Today was the first day in 2.5 weeks I’ve woken up with no rotator cuff pain.
