This was mine, except the red had faded a bit so it was kind of pink. White top, too. Just like Barbie!
It was a ton of fun, though, and incredibly good at doing 4-wheel donuts on snowy parking lots. Also it may or may not have gotten airborne in the HS parking lot.
Bought it for a grand with my fast food paychecks. It had a 5-speed and manual steering, too!

Here was my high school car...
It was both fast (no) and furious...
Best comment I ever got on it was “it looks like you ran over a smurf”

Ha, that’s great. I refrained from posting my second car, also acquired in high school, because the only photo I have of it shows the rrattle-canned, hand traced “flames” I painted on the side. It’s hilarious to look back on. And the sideburns I’m rocking in the photo don’t help either.
