The rear PTO boxes for Land Rovers are unobtainium, so we sourced my cousin a Jeep box instead - his has a reverse/underdrive rear unit just like the one in this picture. A friend of the family has a Jeep with PTO and with the three-point hitch unit as well. I think his is the overly bulky Willys version and not one of several aftermarket kits:
