Somebody actually built a real life version...It’s based on a classic Fiat 500.

There isn’t any information about how it became a reality (other than that the builder really hated the looks of the cute 500), so just look at the pics.

I like it, actually. Done well enough that you'll probably take a second glance and it, and have a laugh if you have a sense of humour. It's too bad it's more reminiscent of a 996 instead of a different model.
