Potentially very fun ideas. Thinking of getting a stage 1 kit to get a little more pep out of my Dart.
It’d be the first of a few ideas I’m bouncing around. It’s a lighter pulley paired to a professional plug N play tune from Road Race Motorsport. Other upgrades that I plan to do are better wheels/tires, possibly suspension(perhaps coilovers), and probably a stiffer rear sway bar. What do you think late night Oppos?

I think you are on the right track. Suspension and sway bars would be my choice for an early upgrade.
