I think a lot of these cost over $10k once you buy them. Also, would any opponauts actually take the SC430 over the S2000/Boxster? I don't think the retractable hard-top is worth it.

As a former Lexus Master tech, those SC430 was extra triple solid. Heck, the entire car is. Awesome interior, rock solid Japanese V8, RWD, camber, caster, and toe adjustments, etc. I see nothing wrong.

Fair enough - I never thought it looked that great; from what I’ve read my impression was that it wasn’t that great to drive. I suppose the issue is that I’ve read enthusiast reviews and the SC430 must be more of a comfortable cruiser rather than the sharp-handling, high-revving weapon that enthusiasts want. Did you like driving it?

I did. Thought, the run-flat tires have to go. A good set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cups will take advantage of the not so floaty suspension that everyone assumes it has. Also (off the books) there is an adjustment that could be made on the TOYODA, with a “D”, rack and pinion for even greater steering feel. Besides that, i’d go with a updated version with LED tail light, updated headlights, and more interior and wheel options.

I work at Mercedes dealer so no biggie :] If not, buy parts and make a weekend out of it. It’s just nuts and bolts, no complication trust me
