Where is Doug when you need him? Pretty sure these rust quite badly as well as are unreliable. This going to be a Daily Driver or spare? Would a morning where the car refuses to go anywhere be problematic? If you answered yes, likely not the car for you.

If the maintenance is as the ad says, that's a good deal. For $6,000 I would expect rust, so that's not a deal breaker either.

I think it would be worth taking to get a PPI. Good used Gwagons are routinely double that. Sure you may have to put a grand or two into it at the beginning, but it should be bulletproof after that. There is a reason these are used by numerous militaries.
