Does windshield washer fluid have a shelf life? Mine has been in there for about 4 years.
I never/rarely use it in the desert.

I would think that eventually the alcohol will evaporate out. But if you live in a hot place the alcohol is probably not as important as if you live somewhere cold.

It’s more or less just water, I’d say 10 years max though.

It’s literally just water with alcohol in it to keep it from freezing.
