Certainly not any BO or perfume because it's never driven.

All I know is that when I was 4 years old, I fell in love with a 356 Porsche next door ... it smelled like rust, chrome, and gasoline. Sign me up.

Probably like pure glorious Italian leather and the tears of unicorns.
But seriously it smells like that German leather crayon smell with some gasoline and burnt rubber mixed in. (I may or may not have smelled up a 250GT Lusso at a Cars & Coffee event multiple times).

Freshly tanned hides of unicorns, wool woven from lambs raised by Etruscan virgins, burl walnut seasoned with the the Pope’s own stock of sacramental oil, the slight aroma of jasmine perfume mixed with the heavenly sweat of Venezuelan beauty queens ...

I shot a video recently on this 1966 Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 with a completely original leather interior. I remember the smell very well. The usual “old car smell” of oil and raw gasoline was absent (This is a concours quality car) but the interior smelled like fine tobacco and had a mustiness of age about it. It was a very pleasant aroma.
