Getting things mocked up for floor, rocker, inner rocker and door post replacement. Need to build a floor brace and weld it in and then I think I can add all the good metal. I forgot how awesome clecos are! They hold really strong!
If you are observant you can tell there is some metal gap from the rocker inside edge to the floor they are some cheap “easy on” bull crap rockers. They are made of 18g so should be ok but never buy replacement panels that promise easy anything. I think they were designed to cover the existing rotting sections which is completely stupid. I would recommend buying all panels from EMS thick 18g metal comes galvanized and really nicely stamped and made in USA and not much more money than the crap.
